1. All the return goods should be checked by Yon Teknik if the goods manufactured by Yon Teknik or not.
2. Any returned defective unloaded valves will not accept by Yon Teknik if the producthas extremely soots, dirties and more oiled the result of vehicle compressor.
3. Pay attention to all products by our customers that product should not be unraveled position. Unravaled and collected products will not be accepted by Yon Teknik. In any reason.
4. If any broken cogh or damaged products will not be accepted as a returned product by Yon Teknik during the operation time.
5. When our client receive faulty product from their customers. Sent to reclamation and returned reason report to Yon Teknik, before to sending the faulty product to Yon Teknik.
6. All the repair return kits should not be opened if the return reason is lacking.
7. All our products has "OK" labelled which has approved after 100% final control on the assembling line. All our products has a part number. If any complaint situation please inform us and we have an opportunity to check towards to back.
8. Returned delivery should be after issued date of invoice net in fourteen days. After fourteen days any returned delivery can not be accepted.
