TERMS OF WARRANTY
1. The warranty is granted for a 12 months period from the date of sale for all our products against the production faults.
2. All our products are subject to 100% final quality control, marked with “OK” stickers and yellow colored safety paints before dispatch.
3. In the event of any complaint regarding the Repair Kits, please provide us with the information printed on the labels—without opening the packaging of the other products—and await our preliminary assessment.
4. Any product damaged or broken due to external factors during the period of use will lead to void of warranty.
5. Any attempt to disassemble and/or remanufacture the product by removing the yellow safety paints will lead to void of warranty. Warranty claims must be submitted before removing these yellow safety paints, which serve as protection against unauthorized interventions.
6. Any product damaged due to other malfunctioning parts on the vehicle will lead to void of warranty.
7. Any product damaged due to contaminant particles and/or oil originating from the air compressor will lead to void of warranty.
8. Any product without “YÖN TEKNİK” label will not be accepted for review. Please check the claim product if it has “YÖN TEKNİK” label or not.
9. In the event of any complaint, please submit the “Claim Form” which you can access online after registering at "www.yonteknik.com". As of 2019, submitting the "Claim Form" is mandatory to process claim assessment.
10. Customer should stock faulty product to return them after getting permission from “YÖN FREN TEKNİK”. Please strictly follow our packing and billing instructions for return shipments.
11. Our warranty terms are limited solely to our products, and our company cannot be held liable for any additional labor, shipping, and/or transportation costs that may arise.
12. YÖN FREN TEKNİK reserves the right to make changes with these conditions without a prior announcement. We extremely request our customers to pay attention to above mentioned matters.
